Live Eagle at the Library
Tuesday, March 4
6:30
As part of the Hot Reads For Cold Nights adult reading program, an eagle handler from the National Eagle Center in Wabasha will be at the Preston Public Library to talk about eagles. One of the center’s eagles will also be present. Everyone is welcome to come and learn about the habits and lives of eagles.
Funding for this program is provided by a library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant acquired by SELCO, the regional library office serving counties in southeastern Minnesota. The LSTA program is federally administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and provides grant funding to states. In Minnesota, the LSTA program is administered by the State Library Services and School Technology Division.
