Knit It Together @ your library

Knit It Together will meet at the Preston Library every Tuesday at 3:30 and knit for an hour.

Anyone who’s interested in knitting is invited. Weekly attendance is not mandatory; join us whenever you can. This is for ALL ages and ANY skill level. Even if you’ve never knitted before and have no equipment, this is a good time to find out if you’re interested and what you’ll need to get started.

There are many knitting books in SELCO, so if you are unable to join us, you have many great books that teach and inspire. Just go to SELCO Catalog, choose your library, hit go, type “knitting” in the box, and click the arrow.

A good book to start with is: “Mary Thomas’s Knitting Book.”
An impressive reference is: “The Principles of Knitting : methods and techniques of hand knitting.”
