The Preston Public Library will begin implementing changes over the next few weeks to reopen to the public. The first steps, in effect on Monday, May 11, include patrons being able to make an appointment to use public computers for 30 minutes a day. Patrons may also request the Post Bulletin newspaper to read on the library patio. The Library will continue to offer curbside pickup of books. Call the library at 507-765-4511 to make arrangements.
